I expect this from every selforganised participant: - ▪️ YOU need to know what is missing and what equipment/travel/accommodation/booking this involves - ▪️YOU need to figure out what costs might be involved and where to get your equipment etc (buying, renting, borrowing) and where to travel when - ▪️YOU have to name these things on time, in case you have a question/ need budget beforehand/ need help In the End you might call yourself a Specialist because you can do all that on your own, provide your service for your community and help OTHERS to get organised 😉 So it is good practise ## Other Topics to cover - Latop computer(linux OS) - power source (for laptop and mobile charging) - internet cafe (for participants in very low internet regions) - break fast cafe - access to data center for participants accessing from home - Indivual budget for all costs (reimbursable)
